Role Description
- We’re seeking a seasoned ABA leader with deep knowledge of the Minnesota landscape to serve as a strategic advisor during our expansion. This consulting role is designed for someone who wants to shape how care is delivered statewide—without the demands of a full-time commitment. You’ll work directly with ANNA’s CEO and senior team to help ensure a thoughtful, effective, and family-centered launch.
- Advise on Minnesota-specific ABA regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance best practices
- Provide insight into local payor relationships, reimbursement models, and funding pathways (including Medical Assistance and EIDBI)
- Recommend strategies for clinical hiring, market positioning, and service delivery based on local needs and family expectations
- Help navigate conversations with local stakeholders, payors, and potential referral partners
- Act as a thought partner on how to best serve Minnesota families with a developmentally sensitive, evidence-based model
- Qualifications
- Former or current executive in an ABA organization, with experience operating in Minnesota
- Deep familiarity with local ABA regulations, payor systems (including Medicaid/EIDBI), and referral networks
- Strong strategic instincts, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passionate about increasing access and quality of autism care for young children and their families
- Open to short-term or flexible consulting work with high impact
