Role Description
This is a Commission-Based role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist at Love Nest Jam Fest Inc. The Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, Negotiating Sponsorship Contracts and partnering relationships, training, and sales management. This is a remote position.

- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
- Pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficient in Sponsorships
- Sponsorship Acquisition:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors.
- Develop compelling sponsorship packages tailored to meet sponsors' needs and objectives.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and manage contracts.
- Ensure sponsor fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Ticket Sales:
- Promote ticket sales through various channels (online, phone, in-person).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach target audiences.
- Manage ticket inventory and track sales performance.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant businesses and organizations.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial promotions and activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting.
· Sales Commission Incentive:
o 10% Commission of all Sponsorship sales
o 2 tickets to the festival
o Airfare for two to the festival plus transportation
o Not responsible for your Hotel Lodging & food
