    Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) in Memphis, TN is seeking a dynamic and accomplished leader to join our team as Sr. Director, Medical Staff Services & Quality Integration. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in medical staff services and quality performance across large provider groups.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system-wide compliance programs, ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for medical staff performance assessment, improvement, and credentialing.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality, performance improvement, and credentialing operations.
  • Utilize data-driven tools and methodologies to identify trends, benchmark performance, and lead change.
  • Drive improvements in clinical processes primarily dependent on Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIPs).
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven leadership experience in medical staff services within large healthcare systems.
  • Strong background in compliance, quality improvement, and credentialing.
  • Expertise in performance measurement, statistical analysis, and change management.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead system-wide initiatives.

  • Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health Administration, Health Administration, Health Service Administrative or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Training and experience in system level quality programs and ability to train others in tools and techniques of Quality Improvement.
  • Experience in a direct role interacting with providers, senior administrative staff and board of trustees.
