Job Description:

Looking for more than "just a job"? Welcome to Talent Acquisition at Ipsen!

At Ipsen, recruitment is more than filling positions, it's about connecting people to purpose, shaping future teams, and supporting innovation in healthcare.

We're currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team. This isn't an average recruiter role, it's an opportunity to play an active part in building the future of commercial and corporate function recruitment across Northern & Central Europe, known as NCE (comprising Belgium/ Czech Republic / Greece/ Hungary/ Netherlands / Poland / Romania / Slovakia / Ukraine) and Nordics & Baltics, known as NoBa (Sweden/ Lithuania).

The common business language is English. You can expect to fill approx. 75 roles per calendar year.

Please note this is a one year fixed term contract, and will be administrated by our external agency partner.

What will you do?

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, creatively source and assess candidates, and deliver seamless experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You'll also contribute to the evolution of recruitment practices, including the integration of new recruitment practices and tools and play an active role in employer branding efforts at forums and networking events.

Who are you ?

You feel just as comfortable engaging with Vice President as you do with students. Whether you're recruiting for a fixed-term contract or a Senior Director, you bring the same level of attention, care, and respect - because you believe talent has no title.

You have solid experience in full-cycle recruitment within the biopharma or life sciences industry.

You're a true people person: collaborative, curious, and always eager to learn, share, and grow.

You're fluent in English and perfectly at ease working across borders. You thrive in multicultural and international teams, and you enjoy adapting to different ways of thinking and working.

You know how to balance autonomy and structure in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment.

You have a genuine passion for innovation and are excited to explore how new technologies can shape the future of recruitment.

Above all, you believe that everyone deserves a fair chance - regardless of background or location - and you're proud to contribute to a recruitment approach that opens doors for all because in the pharmaceutical industry, diverse talents and perspectives lead to better solutions for Patients.

What's in it for you?

A global playground - partner with inspiring leaders and recruit for roles across multiple jurisdictions.

Own your role - manage your searches while feeling the support of a team
A strategic seat at the table - you won't just "fill jobs," you'll help shape Ipsen's future by collaborating directly with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR partners.
Be part of the journey toward Innovation in Recruitment - we are actively exploring how we can move our maturity model further and we're looking for someone eager to contribute to this vision and drive new ways of working.
Be our ambassador - represent Ipsen at talent and industry and students forums, helping to strengthen our brand and build meaningful networks across the scientific community and our future pool of talents

Where will you work?

This role is based on a hybrid model: 60% of your time will be spent with the team in our Prague office 40% can be worked remotely.
