Position: Mainframe z/OS Systems Programmer (100% Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration : 6+ months
Job Description:
We are seeking for an Experienced Mainframe z/OS Systems Programmer. The Systems Programmer will be responsible for managing and maintaining mainframe systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of operating systems. Duties include system programming, system troubleshooting, and working closely with technical teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Skills in Systems Programming and Operating Systems
Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
Programming knowledge, especially in relation to mainframe environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant certifications are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
