ServiceNow ITOM Developer
- Description:
- Set up, configure, and manage Discovery schedules in ServiceNow to ensure accurate and efficient data population in CMDB.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Mid Servers for Discovery across various environments, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and on-premises hardware.
- Work closely with leadership teams to define project scopes, provide estimates of effort (LOEs), set timelines, and deliver on these commitments.
- Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts in project execution and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with system architects and project managers to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the integrity and security of system data in compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations
- Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with the Implementation of ITOM
- Experience setting up and managing Discovery schedules in ServiceNow, including a detailed understanding of the technical and operational aspects of Discovery.
- Experience with mid-server setup and management for ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and on-premises hardware environments.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience leading project teams and interfacing with senior management.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership teams and stakeholders
