Staff Product Manager - New Products
- Description:
- Define the vision and strategy for a new product area, ensuring alignment with Webflow’s broader platform and business goals.
- Drive 0-to-1 product development, leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle—from discovery to launch.
- Work closely with design and engineering to craft a high-quality, intuitive user experience that delights customers.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and prioritization.
- Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
- Develop and track key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive business impact.
- Advocate for the customer, ensuring that product decisions create real value for users.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the company, including executives, to drive clarity and alignment.
- Requirements:
- Have experience owning and driving product strategy on products with strong user experiences, particularly in SaaS or creative tools.
- Have strong business acumen and can balance customer needs with business impact.
- Are an exceptional communicator—you simplify complex ideas and align stakeholders across teams.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, switching between big-picture vision and execution details.
- Have excellent cross-functional leadership skills, rallying teams around a shared goal.
- Are highly analytical, using data and user insights to drive product decisions.
- Excel in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments, where the path forward isn’t always clear.
- Have strong executive presence, confidently leading discussions and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
