Account Executive - Healthcare IT Consulting

  • Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-driven healthcare consulting firm specializing in Epic systems implementation, optimization, and transformation.
  • Founded by former Epic leaders, they partner with healthcare organizations to help them navigate complex challenges in care delivery and IT modernization.
  • We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our client’s team and lead client growth across a defined U.S. territory.
  • You will play a critical role in expanding existing accounts, building new partnerships, and acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders.
  • This is a high-impact role for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and ready to shape the future of healthcare consulting.
  • Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for C-level and operational stakeholders.
  • Drive regional growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead RFP responses, proposals, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT consultative sales or strategic account management.
  • Familiarity with Epic applications (Tapestry, Healthy Planet, Payer Suite) or proven ability to learn complex systems.
  • Experience working with healthcare transformation , consolidation, or large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of payer/provider models , value-based care, and risk-based arrangements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in or with Epic consulting, support, or implementation.
  • Background in working with delegated risk entities or population health initiatives.
  • Deep regional healthcare network (East or West U.S. regions).
  • Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
