Founding Practice Success Specialist
We’re hiring a founding Practice Success Specialist to own onboarding and ongoing success for our clinics. Think of this as a blend of account manager, ticket-taker, project manager, and solutions partner. You’ll be the first line of support — building trust with clinicians, setting them up for success, solving problems fast, and gathering insights that shape our product and playbooks.
- This is an ideal role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and wants to grow into a strategic CX leader as we scale.What You’ll Be Working On
- Guide clinics from signed to live: manage onboarding, training, and go-live with confidence
- Deliver training on every part of Vibrant: charting, AI features, labs, messaging, scheduling, billing, etc.
- Triage and handle support tickets — you’ll be the calm, clear problem-solver for daily questions
- Support set-up or low-code solutions (when needed)
- Build deep relationships with providers and practice staff — understand their goals and keep them engaged
- Spot early signals for expansion, referrals, or upsell opportunities
- Document and improve onboarding and support processes as we learn
- Be the voice of our customers: share feedback with product and eng to keep us moving in the right direction
- Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in customer success, practice operations, onboarding, or account management — ideally with EHRs, clinical SaaS, or forward-thinking practices (functional/concierge/longevity)
- A clear understanding of how private clinics operate day-to-day; you speak the language of providers
- Comfort juggling different “shapes” of work — training, troubleshooting, project tracking, and relationship-building
- A calm, proactive communicator who loves making customers feel heard and supported
- Tech-confident — you learn new tools quickly and help others do the same
- Thrives in an early-stage startup: resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
- US-based, familiar with HIPAA and private pay environments
- Nice-To-Haves
- Experience as a super-user or admin of a modern EHR or practice management platform
- Familiarity with the longevity, functional, or concierge care space
- Project management or light solutions engineering skills (e.g., you enjoy figuring out Zapier flows, integrations, or API handoffs)
- Tools like Loom, Notion, Slack, or Rocketlane in your toolkit
