Role Description
- This role involves managing the Revenue Management Systems team to enhance property performance through effective revenue management strategies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing revenue support team.
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard top talent for the revenue management systems team.
- Drive Revenue Management System performance by establishing clear performance expectations and objectives.
- Empower associates to improve their performance through self-measurement and calibration tools.
- Own and deliver the Revenue Management System Onboarding Process and ongoing RMS support to franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Improve, develop, and maintain efficiencies in the system onboarding process and franchisee-facing onboarding training and resources.
- Drive property-level system knowledge, engagement, and adoption.
- Oversee the health of the system and facilitate regular audits, ensuring actionable updates to enhance overall system performance.
- Perform revenue analysis and provide Revenue Meetings and Systems Configurations review with hotel owners and operators as needed.
- Meet with franchisees as an escalated level of support for internal stakeholders such as Franchisee Care or revenue management teams for systems or revenue concerns.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- At least 4 years’ experience as a Revenue Manager, or Business Consulting experience focused on revenue analytics.
- Revenue Management Certification (CHRM or CRME) is required of all Choice Revenue Management team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pricing and Revenue Management systems, Revenue Management principles and philosophies, industry standard metrics and practices, and emerging technologies preferred.
- Experience with franchising businesses and/or hotel Management Company across multiple brands a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Choice Internet sites, Property Management Systems and Revenue Management Systems, Choice distribution platforms and strategies, GDS systems a plus.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft office applications with high degree of demonstrated proficiency in Excel.

- Strong understanding of micro and macroeconomics.
- Requirements
- This is a leadership role that will report to the Senior Manager, Pricing & RM Technology.
- You will have 5-7 direct reports and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.
- You will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office.
- You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our offices.
- Nationwide travel will be required 10% of the time.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $124,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
