Lower Middle Market Sell Side M&A Advisor

We are hiring a sell-side M&A advisor to join our small, lean team focused on lower middle market transactions, typically in the $750K to $25M EBITDA range (with occasional deals above $25M). This is not a sales or business development role—our team brings in the clients. The advisor’s primary responsibility will be to lead the full execution process after the client is signed. This includes guiding the creation of CIMs and teasers with support from our analyst staff, assisting with buyer outreach and listing placements, responding to buyer inquiries, reviewing LOIs, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with seller clients throughout the process. The advisor will stay involved through LOI selection and support the deal through to close. We are a newer firm with a collaborative, high-performance culture, and we place strong emphasis on culture fit—we value go-getters and have a strict no-jerks policy. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure tied to deal success. Experience in sell-side M&A is required, and candidates must have completed at least one sell-side transaction in the sub-$100M enterprise value range to be considered.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
