Project Manager
Job Summary
The Program Manager of Program Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of projects consisting of single or multiple initiatives. They work within the constraints
- Responsibilities:
- Reviews Business Development contracts and statements of work to document billable services and billable milestones
- Partners with the innovator to ensure that all relevant information needed to set up client accounts is collected and documented
- Assists with any project work-related to the payment portal and/or SAP related enhancements.
- Identifies and lead implementation of short- and long-term improvements to innovator processes that create sustainable solutions; develop and implement golden innovator processes
- Leads strategic technology investments by identifying requirements, costs and potential vendors. Support approval of internal business case. Facilitate vendor selection and contracting process. Serve as the primary liaison for the selected vendor. Lead change management for rollout
- Qualifications:
- 4-12 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two departmental functions preferred: accounting, billing, contracting, finance, operational excellence, analytics, master data, 5 years
- Proven successful Project Management experience 2 years
- Ability to influence without authority
- Acts with sense of urgency and desire to improve experiences for our customers and business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor communication with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
- Experience working with innovator partners
- Sophisticated problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
