Client Overview – :
Our current campaign is focused on CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) services for U.S.-based manufacturers that supply to the defense industry. We help these companies navigate the CMMC process—from education and readiness to full certification—with an emphasis on Level 2 compliance.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outreach campaign. This SDR will play a critical role in building interest and booking consultations with manufacturers who need to meet evolving CMMC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calling and emailing activities to U.S.-based manufacturers
Target roles such as compliance officers, IT managers, operations leads, and executives (and sales)
Follow and test multiple outreach scripts depending on audience segment
Use Zoho CRM to log activities, manage leads, and maintain follow-up cycles
Coordinate meetings and send invites using Google Calendar, Zoom, or Google Meet
Respond to inbound interest using Zoho Desk and email tools
Adapt quickly to campaign adjustments, including new talking points, contact lists, and service offers
Provide feedback to campaign leads about what’s working and where to improve
Tools & Platforms:
Zoho CRM
Zoho Desk
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
Zoom & Google Meet
Internal campaign management tools and templates
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales development, cold calling, or appointment setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong adaptability and willingness to test new lists, messaging, and strategies
Detail-oriented with solid follow-through and time management
Familiarity with technical or compliance-based products/services is a plus
Prior experience working with manufacturing companies or B2B compliance services is a bonus
Additional Details:
1099 Independent Contractor
Remote role with flexible schedule during business hours
20 hours per week
Paid hourly + commission for consultations booked and meetings held
