Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)

Reports To: Tax Manager or Senior Finance Leadership

    What You’ll Do
  • Review quarterly federal and state estimated tax liabilities
  • Prepare and review annual federal and state extension requests
  • Prepare adjustments for quarterly financial reporting under ASC 740
  • Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns
  • Research and respond to IRS and state agency notices
  • Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and rulings
    What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance and preparation
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSource tax software is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
