Location: The Woodlands, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Reports To: Tax Manager or Senior Finance Leadership

- What You’ll Do
- Review quarterly federal and state estimated tax liabilities
- Prepare and review annual federal and state extension requests
- Prepare adjustments for quarterly financial reporting under ASC 740
- Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns
- Research and respond to IRS and state agency notices
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and rulings
- What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance and preparation
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSource tax software is a plus
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
