Role Description
- The Role involves deal-making as a core competency, representing buyers and sellers in a variety of industries. The team is commercially minded, creative, and practical.
- Work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner
- Ideally have 8 years plus corporate law experience
- Particularly keen to speak to Attorneys with Funds experience and exposure to LLC investments
- Welcome attorneys currently working at senior associate and Counsel level in a recognized corporate law firm
- Regularly act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
- Advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions
- Represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups
- Work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax
- Join an ambitious, agile, and high-performing team committed to delivering excellent results and associate development
- Qualifications
- Ideally 8 years plus of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 100 firm
- Experience with Funds and LLC investments
- Requirements
