Conceptual Home Design (Interior, Façade, and Backyard) with 3D Renderings.
Hello! I’m looking for a creative and experienced architectural designer or interior designer to help me develop a full conceptual design for my home in Southern California (Grand Terrace). The house is approximately 2,500 sq ft, and I’m preparing for a full remodel in the next 1–2 years.
I do not need technical construction drawings or detailed measurements. What I’m looking for is a visual and stylistic proposal that gives me a clear idea of how my future home will look and feel.
Scope of Work:
Create a conceptual design for the entire house interior (living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.)
Propose a new look for the front façade/exterior
Design a functional and appealing backyard/outdoor space
Provide 3D renderings or visual mockups for all areas
Suggest furniture, materials, textures, and color palettes
Deliver a visual presentation or mood board with links or references (e.g., furniture, finishes, lighting, etc.)
Notes:
An on-site visit is preferred, but not required if you're experienced in working remotely with photos, videos, and basic measurements.
The final result will be used as inspiration for a future renovation. A contractor will handle the execution and construction details.
Please include samples of similar projects in your portfolio.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Interior designer or architectural designer with experience in residential remodels
Strong design sense and ability to create beautiful, livable spaces
Skilled in 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar)
Good communication and ability to guide the project with design insight
