UPS is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of... contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience for all UPS customers.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about UPS services and policies
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on new UPS products and services

Hourly Salary Range

$25 – $45 per hour (depending on experience and performance)

Job Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Reliable internet connection

Basic Educational Requirements
