Job Description

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Provide accurate information about products and services

Educational Qualifications
