As a Recruiter supporting both Advertising Sales and News/Editorial functions, you’ll manage full life-cycle recruitment for roles that help shape the future of storytelling, journalism, and media innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, ideally in a media, digital, or corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring teams and HR to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Experience sourcing for a wide variety of roles, including editorial, production, sales, and various functions
- Proven success using social media and sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive talent
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday or similar)
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trust with stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizational environment
- Results-oriented with a high attention to detail and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
