As a Recruiter supporting both Advertising Sales and News/Editorial functions, you’ll manage full life-cycle recruitment for roles that help shape the future of storytelling, journalism, and media innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, ideally in a media, digital, or corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring teams and HR to design and implement recruiting strategies
  • Experience sourcing for a wide variety of roles, including editorial, production, sales, and various functions
  • Proven success using social media and sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive talent
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday or similar)
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence decisions and build trust with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, and matrixed organizational environment
  • Results-oriented with a high attention to detail and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
