- 4 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in outbound campaigns and/or Hubspot experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies
- Positive and energetic calling skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Results-oriented and familiar with working with performance KPIs
- Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in French would be highly valued
