What we're after:
We’re seeking a Regional Entity Compliance & Governance Manager to lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of business entities across new and existing jurisdictions. This role is pivotal in driving strategic expansion, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and managing associated risks. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support entity setup and ongoing operations, promoting adherence to corporate policies while identifying and resolving compliance issues proactively.

How you will make a difference:

  • Lead entity setup – Coordinate with legal partners to handle incorporations, registrations, and licensing requirements.
  • Own the data – Ensure one reliable source of truth for all entity information, documentation, and validation.
  • Measure what matters – Build and maintain metrics that clearly show progress on entity launches and expansion goals.
  • Drive growth – Support business leaders in executing bold expansion plans into new markets.
  • Keep projects on track – Help deliver entity-related projects on time, on budget, and with precision.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align and execute efficiently.
  • Translate legal insight into action – Review legal advice for new jurisdictions and turn it into practical steps.
  • Refine and improve – Continuously update and enhance processes to support operational excellence and compliance.
  • Be the go-to expert – Help internal teams understand and navigate business model questions with confidence.
  • Stay ahead of change – Monitor evolving laws, tax codes, and regulations to protect compliance across the region.
  • Protect the brand – Ensure Safeguard Global meets all legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead with integrity – Uphold the highest ethical standards in all actions and decisions.
