Senior DBT Architect and Engineer

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using DBT in production.
- Strong experience in modern data stack tools: DBT, Airflow, SQL, cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Experience designing modular, scalable DBT projects (using packages, macros, exposures, sources, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling).
- Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Ability to thrive in face-moving, client-facing environments and diplomatically handle challenging conversations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD workflows, and development best practices.
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of leading engagements with minimal supervision
