Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Middle Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical legal and compliance processes, including contract management and due diligence for our expanding client and service provider base. You will play a key role in ensuring legal and regulatory integrity across jurisdictions, particularly within the iGaming sector.


Requirements



  • Law degree (LLB or LLM) from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ legal experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.

  • In-depth understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance obligations.

  • Experience working with Tier 1 jurisdictions is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in English (C1 level or above), including excellent command of legal English.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractual and legal due diligence matters, including but not limited to:


Due Diligence & Risk Assessment



  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing commercial partners and maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails.

  • Perform ongoing monitoring of selected partners based on third-party risk assessments.

  • Identify and evaluate legal risks, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.


Contract Management



  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements, including NDAs, software license agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.

  • Lead contract negotiations from initiation to execution, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Address and resolve any post-contractual legal issues as they arise.
