Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring three HR Administrators, Workforce Administration on a permanent basis within our People and Culture team. These positions are remote opportunities and can be based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

  • Process data entry transactions related to onboarding, separations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, contingent workforce, and position management.
  • Support management of the HRIS by updating information based on structural changes and business needs.
  • Facilitate key onboarding activities related to system access and processing information packages.
  • Complete status change forms and enter updates into the HRIS, ultimately supporting talent mobility, separations, voluntary terminations, and leave of absence processes.
  • Support regular audits by reviewing HR records for accuracy and updating procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and other documents as necessary.

Who you’ll work with:
You will work closely with the Workforce Administration team and will report into a Supervisor, Workforce Administration. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, support, and community.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

  • Have 1-3 years experience within human resources, data management, or a related field.
  • Have a 1-year certificate, preferably within Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Business Technology Management (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are experienced in data and record management.
  • Believe in collaboration, building relationships, and value the perspectives of others.
