Creative Resource Manager

Join our client's team as a Creative Resource Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the full lifecycle of creative staffing. This Temp to Perm, REMOTE position is crucial for upholding a high standard of creative excellence. You'll be at the forefront of managing freelance pipelines, evaluating and placing top-tier talent across diverse projects, and ensuring seamless integration of internal and external resources.
- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Research: Proactively identify and engage with exceptional freelance talent worldwide. Delve into innovative experiential work and trace it back to its creators.
- Evaluation & Placement: Assess portfolios for creative quality, cultural fit, and technical prowess. Collaborate with Creative Leadership to define roles, budgets, and resource alignment.
- Database & Relationship Management: Maintain a comprehensive, searchable freelancer database across various disciplines, such as art direction, motion, 3D, and creative strategy. Cultivate long-term relationships to encourage repeat collaborations.
- Internal Bandwidth Management: Monitor team availability, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize staffing between internal and freelance teams.
- Process Ownership & Brand Representation: Develop a smooth, candidate-friendly onboarding process. Uphold company values and standards in every interaction.
- Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated experience in creative staffing or resource management within the experiential or agency sectors.
- Strong talent-scouting abilities with a knack for linking portfolios to successful outcomes.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional pipelines and handling multiple staffing needs simultaneously.
- Proficiency in negotiating rates, scopes, and terms for freelance engagements.
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Familiarity with experiential team structures and creative workflows.
