Entry Level Email Marketing Position- Consistent Work
Land investment company looking for an Email marketing Writer/ Poster for our "Deal of the Week" email broadcast. Familiarity with Kit to set up weekly email campaign a plus.
Ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
Self Starter
Creative
Ability to use AI for copy and knowledge of Americanized English for proofreading
Not afraid to ask questions when instructions are not clear
Responds quickly to task assignments
Training and SOP done via Loom Video
This job is a weekly gig. 3 scheduled emails per property / per week sent out to our buyers list, with regular A/B testing to adjust to what the market likes.
The main time constraint is that the weekly opened email list must be compiled between 4pm Sunday afternoon and no later than Monday morning 10am PST and forwarded to our sales team each week. If you cannot do this on time each week do not apply.
Property information would be scheduled several weeks in advance so you would be able to create multiple email runs at a time for efficiency.
Pay is hourly. Pay dependent on experience.
The ideal end result of the position would be an active buyers list that converts to property sales and/or warmed up leads for sales team.
