The global lottery market is $355 billion with 57% of Americans buying a ticket every year. Yet, lotteries are primarily offline due to local regulations and sales through physical stores.

We leverage blockchain immutability, composability, and liquidity for global compliance and online sales.

The protocol uniquely bootstraps a big jackpot with a novel liquidity provider mechanism, and returns 10x more to players compared to traditional lotteries. Our developer platform enables anyone to easily sell tickets, with third-party apps having driven the majority of sales.

We haven’t announced publicly, but we’ve raised $5M from Tier 1 crypto investors, plus founders of the world’s largest iGaming brands and protocols with $10B+ in TVL.

Your Role
- As a designer, you will lead the vision for our product and brand design:
- Build an app that is universally approachable, fun to play, and trusted. Think fluid animations like the& Family app, with the refined feel of a global-scale consumer app, all with crypto abstracted away
- Craft our brand identity and narrative, while owning our storytelling
- Simplify complex concepts whether it's our user experience, website, docs, guides, and down to the copy
- Build a design system that allows third party developers to easily customize.
- As part of the founding team, you will be involved in all aspects of building this company.
- Active partner on strategy, product, engineering, go-to-market, compliance, etc. You will wear many hats and own work streams that you have no domain expertise in.
- Immediately help with hiring to build the company and culture you want.

- Requirements
- 5+ years as a designer
- Experience building apps at scale (1M+ users)
- Experience working at a startup

- Compensation and Benefits
- We offer higher salary and equity than comparable startups:
- Salary: $150k to $225k
- Equity: 1.5% to 2.5%+, with 7 year exercise window
- Token warrants

Technical Assignment
Work Trial& — a short, paid consulting project where you ship something with the team. This can optionally be in-person with the founder in San Francisco.
