Amazon FBA Logistics and Inventory Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support our Amazon FBA logistics and inventory operations. This is a part-time remote role (9 AM–1 PM EST) ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and experience using Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Track and document all inbound FBA shipments to Amazon.
- Monitor shipment delivery and receiving timelines; escalate delays to carriers or Amazon support.
- Manage return shipments from Amazon back to our 3PL and internal warehouse.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within our ERP and/or inventory management system.
- Collaborate with internal warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure smooth receipt and processing.
- Review Amazon receiving reports to identify discrepancies.
- Flag and escalate shipment or inventory issues to our dedicated case filer.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory movements and adjustments.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Requirements:
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially shipment creation/tracking and FBA receiving.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent written communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through.
- Ability to work consistently from 9 AM to 1 PM EST.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
