- Loews Hotels & Co is a leading owner and operator of luxury hotels with a portfolio of 26 hotels and resorts in the United States. This remote Guest Services Agent role is based in Arizona and requires 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality or sales.Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years customer-facing work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales
- Demonstrated ability to read and communicate effectively and professionally in English and other dialects or languages
- Adaptability, self-directed ability to organize a workload and adapt quickly to change
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and composure in all situations
- Proficiency in windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, internet, and word processing applications Benefits
