- Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active NY state medical license (required).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with children.
- Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in telepsychiatry platforms (if applicable).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish (preferred). Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients.
- Conduct remote psychiatric consultations and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
