Position Overview:
We are seeking a Child Psychiatrist to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in Bronx, NY. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while serving a diverse patient population.
- Work Schedule:
- Flexible full-time or part-time hours
- Remote ( Up to 3 days a month in the office )
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Conduct remote psychiatric consultations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Licensure: Active NY state medical license (required)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with children
- Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in telepsychiatry platforms (if applicable)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency
- Language: Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
