- The Senior Technical Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in analytics toolsets to support business intelligence deliverables. They will work with customers to provide advanced analytical tools, complex data extracts, and data integration to facilitate discovery of insights and support data-informed decision-making.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Master's degree highly preferred
- Technical certifications in relevant application(s) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience collaborating with customers on the design, creation and execution of analytics deliverables
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in building complex self-service analytic reports, dashboards and/or tools supporting decision-making and actionable metric monitoring by customers Benefits
