Technical Safety Assistant
This role supports employee-led safety culture by working closely with field teams, safety leaders, and grassroots safety committees to promote and implement safety initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate Safety-related events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Liaise with guest speakers and vendors to manage logistics and scheduling
- Develop and organize meeting agendas in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events
- Take detailed meeting notes and produce formal meeting minutes
- Draft and send professional business correspondence via email
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, list management, simple calculations, filtering, and table creation
- Perform a variety of administrative duties and support additional projects as needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on health and safety standards
- Follow verbal and written instructions from multiple sources with accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
