Lead Communication Excellence in Remote Education

We are recruiting a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our comprehensive remote education team, providing critical speech and language services to students across Ohio's virtual school systems. Role Summary

This full-time remote position involves 35-37.5 hours per week serving a caseload of 40-50 students in grades K-12. You'll utilize innovative virtual therapy platforms to deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions, ensuring students receive consistent, high-quality services within their educational programs.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Perform virtual speech and language screenings and evaluations
  • Design targeted intervention plans based on individual student needs
  • Implement therapy sessions using interactive digital tools and platforms
  • Track student progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support classroom success
  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
  • Offer consultation services to teachers and educational support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
    Qualification Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited institution
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active Ohio speech-language pathologist licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based speech therapy experience
  • Competency in virtual therapy platforms and educational technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Reliable technology setup for remote service delivery

Service Delivery Model

Our virtual platform serves students with diverse communication challenges including articulation disorders, language processing difficulties, stuttering, and voice disorders. You'll work with students who have developmental disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and other special needs, adapting traditional therapy approaches for effective virtual delivery.
