About the Role:

This role holds a broad and high-impact leadership mandate, responsible for overseeing and scaling company-wide operations in close partnership with the CEO and senior executive team. The individual will serve as a strategic operator, aligning execution with business priorities and ensuring operational consistency, quality, and agility across all areas of the organization. As the leader of Torticity’s largest workforce segment including managers and directors, this role will shape culture, drive high performance, and champion operational excellence at scale.

This role demands a strong cross-functional presence, working in active partnership with key stakeholders across Sales, Data, Technology, Legal, Finance, Quality Control, and People & Culture, as well as maintaining direct client-facing responsibilities to ensure execution aligns with customer expectations. While primarily accountable for operational performance in the Personal Injury and Mass Tort business lines, the individual will also play an influential role across the broader business ecosystem, ensuring integration, transparency, and strategic coordination across departments. The position reports directly to the CEO and the senior executive leadership cohort and will manage a team of senior managers and directors.

In This Role, You Will:

Lead Execution of Company Strategy: Align daily operations with the company’s long-term strategic goals, ensuring a consistent, coordinated, and results-oriented approach across all business units.
Optimize Workflows and Processes: Build scalable and efficient operational systems, leveraging methodologies like Kanban, Six Sigma, and agile project management to identify and remove friction points, streamline execution, and elevate customer experience.
Drive Financial and Operational Performance: Leverage deep FP&A acumen to monitor key metrics—including budgets, spending, profitability and revenue drivers—and ensure disciplined, sustainable growth.
Implement and Manage EOS: Oversee the implementation and continuous refinement of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), including KPI scorecards, quarterly planning, and team alignment.
Resolve Operational Challenges: Apply data-driven decision-making, structured thinking, and high situational awareness to remove blockers, address issues, and drive team-wide accountability.
Execute Strategic Initiatives: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, leading mission-critical initiatives that drive growth, transformation, and operational maturity.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships and operational alignment across teams including Technology, Finance, Sales, Legal, Data, and People & Culture, fostering a culture of transparency, shared ownership, and seamless execution.
Build & Evolve Operational Infrastructure: Establish and refine the foundational operating models of new and existing business units, transforming innovative concepts into repeatable, measurable, and digitally enabled execution frameworks.
