- Requirements:
- Have 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses
- Have closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing
- Have worked commission-only or 1099 sales roles before
- Are self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding
- Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach
- Are familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools
- Can produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach
- Bonus if you have worked with territory-based accounts or understand local business sales
- Are able to adapt quickly, manage rejection, and keep momentum
