Job Description

We are looking for a highly efficient and motivated Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive profitable customer acquisition. You demonstrate expert knowledge driving bottom funnel metrics and desire to scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program, with emphasis on influencer generated content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks a highly impactful position at a rapidly growing company.

    Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the paid socials team and scale our IGC program.
  • Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts.
  • Manage substantial sponsorships budget to generate profitable customer acquisition.
  • Work with leadership and finance to forecast channel goals.
  • Oversee flawless execution of influencer campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Identify, negotiate and close influencer deals to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Improve and expand partnerships across nano, micro, macro, and KOLs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid, Organic socials and other teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry news and relay to team.
    Requirements
  • 4+ years influencer, affiliate or sponsorship experience driving profitable customer acquisition and managing large budgets.
  • Proven success executing influencer campaigns that contribute to bottom-funnel performance (ROAS, CAC, etc).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly creative in ideating new ways to market products and engage partners.
  • Quantitative, analytical and data-driven.
  • Roll up your sleeves and deep dive bias a must.
  • Experience working in smaller, high-growth companies.
  • Passion for health, wellness and meditation.
  • Enthusiasm for helping shape a truth-seeking, high-growth, positive team culture and organizational processes.
