Global Associate Benefits Consultant
- Your Responsibilities
- Support Consultants and Senior Consultants with project work and Global Benefit Management appointments.
- Coordinate local renewal activities by maintaining strong client and colleague relationships.
- Collaborate on the development of strategic client solutions.
- Support projects, coordinating internal teams and managing timelines effectively.
- Conduct client status calls to track progress and address open items.
- Review and refine client deliverables, offering thoughtful feedback and improvements.
- Analyze data and research to support strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy in Lockton’s enabling technology platforms e.g. Navigator
- Assist in managing client expectations and deliverables according to agreed scope and identify out-of-scope requests as needed.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant business and/or global benefits experience.
- Familiarity with local benefits practices in key global markets and the ability to research additional country-specific practices.
- Solid understanding of underwriting principles, pricing factors, cross-border benefit plans, and multinational pooling strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to go beyond transactional tasks.
- Proactive in offering innovative solutions to address client challenges.
- Proven strengths in organization, time management, communication, and research.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience with project management and international benefits programs.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
