Job Title: Global People & Culture Engagement Manager Department: Human Resources (HR)
Reports to: Vice President of Global HR Effective Date: August 1, 2025
Job Summary:
At Biblica, we believe our mission starts with our people. As we enter a new strategic season, we are seeking a spiritually grounded and globally minded leader to serve as our Global People & Culture Engagement Manager.
This pivotal role will drive deep staff engagement, foster spiritual vitality across regions, shape our internal culture, and lead Biblica’s global performance management process. Working closely with the VP of Global HR and the broader leadership team, this role goes beyond communication - it is a ministry of connection, formation, and alignment.
The ideal candidate will help cultivate a Christ-centered workplace where every staff member feels deeply connected to the culture and mission, equipped to thrive, and empowered to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Internal Communications
- Champion Biblica’s internal culture of belonging, alignment, and Gospel-centered purpose, with emphasis on Biblica’s core values: Generosity, Impact, Faithfulness, & Trailblazing.
- Lead global internal communications, including virtual staff gatherings, staff updates, and cross-regional engagement efforts.
- Build communication systems that foster a shared sense of vision, mission, and relational connection across Biblica’s global teams.
- Spiritual Formation & Staff Engagement
- Lead spiritually rich staff engagement initiatives aligned with Biblica’s mission and values.
- Coordinate and produce Biblica-generated devotional content and seasonal experiences (e.g., Advent, John 15 curriculum, small group prayer rhythms).
- Establish spiritual formation practices that deepen identity in Christ and foster global unity.
- Performance Management & Growth
- Lead Biblica’s global performance management program - including annual goal setting, quarterly OKRs, and end-of-year reviews - while developing and implementing training and development tools that support staff growth across all global regions.
- Equip managers with practical tools and coaching to foster clarity, accountability, and continuous staff development.
- Ensure performance practices are aligned with personal growth, spiritual maturity, and Biblica’s global mission.
- HR & Organizational Support
- Support the VP of Global HR in communicating policies, programs, and HR initiatives with clarity and care.
- Monitor staff engagement and morale through pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, and engagement surveys; synthesize insights for senior leadership.
- Develop engagement strategies rooted in biblical values, cultural humility, and ministry best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- A vibrant, mature Christian faith and demonstrated passion for spiritual formation and Kingdom work.
- 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or people & culture roles—ideally in global, nonprofit, or ministry contexts.
- Proven success engaging diverse, cross-cultural teams in globally dispersed environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relational skills.
- Experience designing or leading spiritual formation or discipleship programs (e.g., church, missions, or campus ministry).
- Solid understanding of performance management tools, frameworks, and organizational development practices.
- High emotional intelligence with pastoral sensitivity and discernment.
- Collaborative leader comfortable working closely with executive leadership.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Ministry, Communications, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- 3–5 years of ministry experience required
- Human resources experience strongly preferred
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Willingness and ability to travel globally as needed

- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $64,000 – $80,000 USD (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
- Hours: 40 hours per week
