Technical Sales Manager - Sensor or electrical background is big plus - 58007
- Visit End users, OEM, new and current users
- Evaluate territory performance & identify and close target markets and new business opportunities
- Develop & implement a territory sales plan
- Manage national & regional accounts
- Maintain customer database
- Work closely with distribution partners
- Participate in development of marketing materials and support of product promotion through advertising, trade shows and general public relations
- Provide product feedback, growth estimates, new product needs & recommendations to corporate R&D
- Manage Independent Sales Reps & Distributors
- Provide technical and other support
- Required Skills
- Ability to work independently in a sales and technical capacity
- Sharp presentation skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to travel within territory extensively
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, team oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrate new business closing skills
- Must use CRM “Pipedrive” to manage deals and contacts
- Required Experience
- Business-to-Business Sales
- Five or more years of sales experience in the industrial field
- Sensor or electrical background
- Technical solution-based selling along with management-level selling
- Selling to end-user and or distribution market place
