Mental Health Therapist- Remote- MA and CT License
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals facing various mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, etc. This role involves conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy in a supportive environment. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through evidence based behavioral health strategies.

- All credentialing, marketing, and caseload provided by the practice
- A minimum requirement of 23 scheduled sessions per week, a max of 30 for those who want to do more
- Receive payment for paperwork time based on appointments schedule per week. For example 23-24 appointments scheduled is 4 hours of paperwork; 25-29 scheduled appointments is 5 hours of paid paperwork; 30 appointments scheduled is 6 hours of paid paperwork time
- Receive competitive compensation per appointment clients attend; paid paperwork time regardless of client attendance
- Paid weekly 1 hour Thursday morning meetings with all staff
- Paid Time Off available once position starts
- Two Bereavement Days per year in addition to PTO
- Paid license/license renewal for any additional license a therapist obtains to work for this practice.

- Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Offer direct support to clients dealing with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, OCD, etc
- Engage in case management activities to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Participate staff meetings and supervision meetings
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) in the states of Massachusetts and Connecticut. If therapist does not have one of these licenses must be willing to obtain the license, the company will cover the cost of the additional license after 3 months of employee working for the company
- Experience working with individuals with PTSD and trauma preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Proficiency in documentation practices and case management processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
