Salary Range: $140K–$350K+ | Bonus + Commission Potential

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $140K–$200K for associates or up to $350k for managing partners
- Bonus Structure:
o Quarterly performance bonuses
o Case win commissions – negotiated
- Work Flexibility:
o Super-hybrid model: Some attorneys visit every 3 weeks, some even less
o Firm covers hotel and travel costs for in-office days
o Fully remote work available for California-barred attorneys
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, ideally in:
o PAGA
o Wage & Hour
o Class Action
o FEHA
- Experience in arbitration, litigation, and strategic casework preferred.
- Strong track record of commitment and performance (avoid job hoppers).
- California Bar admission required.
