Sales Trainer, Payments

    Description:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for payments sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing for material alignment.
  • Provide coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
  • Develop assessments and track training effectiveness with metrics.
  • Lead certification programs for sales reps to sell payment solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
    Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales training, preferably in payments, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant services, payment gateways, and card processing.
  • Proven ability to drive training adoption and performance improvement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience using LMS platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and sales enablement technologies.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales rep in a payments or fintech company (preferred).
  • Instructional design experience or relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, Train the Trainer) (preferred).
  • Salesforce, Salesloft, and telephony tools (preferred).
