Temporary Part Time Attorney
Court Coverage: Must be available for in-person court appearances in Duval County and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, around 30 hours a week
Summary of Position:
- LHH is searching for an excellent Attorney for a Part Time position. The client is a small, dynamic law practice. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Florida-licensed attorney to join on a part-time basis. The candidate will independently manage a full caseload pertaining to probate, family law, and civil litigation matters. While the position offers remote flexibility, in-person court appearances in Duval County and nearby jurisdictions are required as needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a full caseload in probate, family law, and civil litigation
- Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Ensure timely and professional handling of all case matters
- Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Proven experience in probate, family law, and civil litigation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Reliable transportation for court appearances
Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour
