Our thriving, fee-for-service dental practice is seeking an experienced, results-driven Virtual Senior New Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, all from the comfort of your own home.
This is not your average scheduling role. You’ll lead the charge in driving patient acquisition, converting leads into loyal patients, and making every new interaction feel like the beginning of a trusted relationship. If you love building rapport, closing conversations, and connecting people to life-changing care, you’ll thrive in this role.
This is a fully remote, 1099 contract role with performance-based bonuses. Must have high-speed internet, a distraction-free workspace, and be video-ready.
- What You’ll Offer
- 5+ years of experience in dental scheduling, marketing, or patient-facing sales (dental experience required)
- Proven track record in lead conversion, goal achievement, and relationship-building
- Confidence and warmth in phone, text, and email communication
- A strategic, organized approach to follow-up and multi-channel outreach
- Experience managing 200+ new patient leads/month
- Ability to discuss finances, treatment options, and scheduling with clarity and care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong technical skills and comfort learning new software
- Bonus if you have dental assisting experience
- What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly voice that welcomes and converts new patient leads
- Follow up within 24–48 hours using a mix of calls, texts, and emails
- Build trust quickly and guide patients toward scheduling and care acceptance
- Maintain meticulous notes and data tracking in our systems
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless handoffs
- Help us strategically expand our patient reach through proactive outreach and expert follow-up
- Regularly report performance data and refine strategies for optimal results

- $25–$35/hour based on experience (contractor rate)
- 4% bonus on total office collections (performance-based)
