Investor Relations Manager – Luxury Real Estate Investment in Mexico (Freelance, Work from anywhere, Six figures commissions)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced business development professional in the Luxury Hotel investment sector who wants to become more independent and earn higher commissions.
We are seeking a high-performing Investor Relations Manager with deep expertise in Investment Relations, and more specifically in luxury hotel/Villas assets.
This is a sales-driven role for an experienced dealmaker with a proven track record of closing transactions with institutional investors and investment funds—both nationally and internationally.
You will benefit from access to a portfolio of prime hotel listings, with deal sizes ranging from $2M to $500M USD. You will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing buyers for high-value hospitality assets in Mexico. You will need to be comfortable cold calling and approaching high-level investors to create new business opportunities.
- Requirements
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment relations with HNWIs and Family offices, with a focus on luxury hotels & Real Estate.
- Strong background from a reputable real estate brokerage firm specialized in Hotel investment is a major plus.
- Demonstrated experience closing hotel transactions with institutional buyers.
- Strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Team player who can also work with little supervision.
- Comfortable prospecting from scratch, cold calling, attending trade fairs and conferences, and leveraging public speaking to generate new business.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level investors in the market.

- Earn 25% of the company’s fee with uncapped earnings potential.
- Example: On a $100M USD hotel sale, you can earn $1,000,000 USD.
- If a deal is co-brokered, commission is based on our retained 50% share.
