About the Role

As a Sales Health/Fitness Phone Coach with UpSales, you’ll connect with people eager to improve their health, guiding them to the right solutions and changing lives, one call at a time. You’ll use your sales skills, consultative approach, and a “hunter’s” mentality to turn every lead into a long-term customer success story.
- Employment Details
- First 30 days: You will begin as a 1099 sales contractor during your training period, with commissions paid out every 5th and 20th of every month
- After training: Upon successful completion of your first 30 days, you will be immediately converted to W2 employee status.
- Sign-on bonus: Qualify for a $1,000 sign-on bonus upon transition to W2 status.
- What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and scheduled sales calls with prospective customers seeking high-impact solutions.
- Apply consultative, psychology-driven selling. Ask great questions, listen actively, and get to the “why.”
- Relentlessly follow up on every qualified lead. No cherry-picking, no shortcuts.
- Build rapport and trust quickly, handling objections with empathy and expertise.
- Accurately document customer interactions and keep your pipeline updated.
- Represent UpSales and our client partners with integrity and professionalism on every call.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales (account executive, health coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, inside sales, or consultative B2B/B2C roles).
- A sales “hunter” mindset: proactive, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Deep understanding of sales psychology and buyer motivation.
- Outstanding communication, emotional intelligence (EQ), and active listening skills.
- Ability to embrace feedback, transparency, and a team-first culture.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
- Willingness to attend periodic in-person team meetings or client events (travel reimbursed).

- Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 per year.
- Monthly bonuses based on performance.
- Health, dental, vision, life, and accidental insurance (eligible after 90 days) PAID BY UPSALES.
