- Base Salary: $50,000
- Commission: 30% on every deal you close
- Your Earning Potential: $120,000 - $150,000+ annually
- Deal Values: Ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 per
- Appointment Volume: Currently 25-30 qualified appointments monthly (growing)
- Expected Close Rate: 40% minimum, targeting 50%+
- What You'll Be Doing
- Converting qualified appointments set by our experienced hunter team
- Conducting discovery calls with pre-screened restoration contractors
- Closing deals with 40% minimum close rate, targeting 50%+ (volume growing)
- Nurturing existing pipeline relationships to maximize conversion opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with contractors who trust our proven results
