ADollarClass is the nonprofit arm of BBCMGTai, a global virtual social learning company committed to making education, mentorship, and personal development accessible to everyone. Through community-powered initiatives, we deliver affordable services in mentorship, counseling, conversational support, and skills training. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds to help us carry this mission forward.

Role Overview

We are seeking Non-Technical Volunteers to support a wide range of remote activities that do not require a technical background. This is an excellent opportunity for empathetic, organized, and mission-driven individuals who want to contribute their time and talents to help others, grow professionally, and make a global social impact.

Key Responsibilities

    Based on your strengths and interests, you may support tasks such as:
  • Community Engagement: Assist with moderating chat rooms or social forums during virtual events
  • Administrative Support: Help manage documents, organize calendars, and handle email outreach
  • Virtual Event Coordination: Support scheduling, registration follow-up, note-taking, or managing Q&A/chat
  • Content Support: Proofread or format documents, help organize resource materials, and manage basic copywriting tasks
  • Social Media Support: Help schedule posts, engage with followers, or draft captions and outreach messages (no design required)
  • Program Support: Assist trainers, mentors, or educators during live sessions with reminders, feedback gathering, or session tracking
  • Client Support: Welcome participants, send reminders, or collect testimonials from users of ADollarClass services
    Ideal Candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, email, etc.)
  • Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
  • Friendly, respectful, and professional in virtual environments
  • Passionate about education, empowerment, and global equity
  • Prior volunteer or support experience is a plus but not required
  • Willing to undergo a background check (required for all volunteers)
