Account Management Advisor
- Description:
- The Account Management Advisor is responsible for maintaining ASAP’s house account clients and onboarding new accounts with B2B sales team.
- Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, this role requires strong customer service skills and effective communication with Key, Market, and Internal accounts.
- With a keen attention to detail, responsible for implementing newly sold accounts and accompanying services to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Additionally, identify new sales opportunities, actively assist in streamlining processes for employers, and contribute to retaining and expanding the market share.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a human service-related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years B2B sales preferred
- At least 1-2 years of account management experience required
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP), drug testing, risk management, occupational healthcare, or mental health employment experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of drug and alcohol risk management industry preferred
- Excellent computer-based, telephonic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Prospecting ability for new business
- Exceptional and demonstrable customer service business style and orientation
- Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history
- Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate
- Ability to multi-task clients and successfully prioritize workload
- Cognitive thinker with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
